I'm settling for the Hyatt Regency, since it's within the airport and won't have to spend much time on commuting. Not very useful if trying to nap during the day. However, I checked their website and they mention "material updates to the exterior of the building", which means there could be construction noises during the day. As you mention, it is the most convenient when connecting from/to international flights (Terminal D). If said hotel doesn't offer day-use rates then I'd just book a room for the previous night and let them know you're not going to be checking in until ~5am-ish, and hopefully they can accommodate a late checkout, which would get you covered.I did the Grand Hyatt a few times before, mostly overnights. In the name/address field I usually just put my name then "-Hotel Guest".

If the GH is full or too expensive then I'd just book whatever airport hotel suits your budget and/or chain preference Get your package delivered to whatever hotel you end up selecting, done similar things many times. If you really want it delivered to the hotel, instead of Fed Ex or some other vendor in the business of doing this, call them and ask how to make that happen. But for real practicality the first hotel on your list should be either Hyatt and your second hotel the other Hyatt. There are other good hotels and lots of not-so*good hotels close to the airport.
